Well, this was interesting!  I made the decision a couple of days ago to deactivate my Facebook account and I was AMAZED how difficult it was for me to actually follow through on that decision.  However, when I actually went through with it, I felt an enormous sense of relief, akin to having the key turn in the lock of my self imposed internet cell.   Now…lets see how it goes.  I think I will journal my thoughts on this life change and see what evolves.  NEVER,  would I EVER have thought it possible for me to be addicted to a technology source.  I also never realized how social I could be.

Letting Go!  It feels pretty good!  So, for now, off I go to find something to do …My half finished book may be a good place to start.   (J)
